DC All-In Special #1 [1/2]
52 days after the fall of Amanda Waller (during ABSOLUTE POWER, 2024), the Justice League are back in action as Justice League Unlimited! And they’ve built a new, larger Watchtower in Earth’s orbit. Membership is thrown open, wider than before. Superman invites Booster Gold personally. Reality aboard the new Watchtower shifts as the League sense Darkseid – now bonded with the Spectre – materialising aboard the space station. Zatanna empowers Superman to break Darkseid’s bond with the Spectre, only for the ruler of Apokolips to implode, thanking them as he dies and leaves a rip in time and space. Orion warns that, with Darkseid gone, the universe will create a new threat to take his place. The blank JLU membership card in the mission room becomes an Anti-Life-empowered doorway to the Elseworld (first hinted at during DARK KNIGHTS: DEATH METAL, 2021) that excudes chaos. Only time-travellers can go there, so Booster Gold volunteers. Mister Terrific sets a timer in his robotic companion Skeets that’ll bring Booster back in 10 minutes. Skeets goes missing when Booster makes the jump. Now he finds himself trapped on an Earth ruled by Darkseid and his own sinister Legion of Super-Heroes!
