He then sent the Crime Syndicate to Earth-One, circa 1982, before they could betray him, travelling to Earth-Two, 1942, to use the missiles to threaten the world. | ✔ | Justice League of America #208 [1/2] Superman and Robotman order the inevitable clash between the teams to stop. The two teams respond to a call to the White House when Per Degaton makes his demand to have control of the whole world over to him. On Earth-Prime, 1982, the JSA are attacked by humans who were mutated by the fallout of the war triggered by the theft of the Cuban nukes, twenty years earlier, when America and Russia blamed each other for the Crime Syndicate’s attack. On Earth-Two, 1942, Per Degaton demonstrates the power of just one of his missiles in the Atlantic Ocean. Afterwards, the five lost members of the JSA materialise in this time. |
| ✔ | All-Star Squadron #15 While they were trapped on Earth-Three, Doctor Fate, Green Lantern and Starman combined their powers to travel back in time to Earth-Two, 1942. Now, Per Degaton threatens to unleash his missiles on any nation that fails to cede power to him in five hours. The heroes split into five teams. Doctor Fate, Robotman and Superman demolish Degaton’s satellite, while just narrowly defeating the returning Ultraman. Aquaman, Liberty Belle and Starman overpower Superwoman and flood Degaton’s island base that houses three missiles. Hawkman, Huntress and Johnny Quick find more missiles in the American Midwest. Power Ring launches one, but Quick dismantles it while Huntress defeats Johnny… |
| ✔ | Justice League of America #209 The missiles hidden in Geneva are accidentally launched during the clash between Commander Steel, Firestorm & Power Girl and the Crime Syndicate’s Johnny Quick. The three heroes disarm the final three missiles before they hit Europe. Firebrand, Green Lantern and Zatanna help active the prototype time machine built by Professor Zee and Professor Damon Everson in 1942 and use it to travel to Earth-Prime, 1962. On Earth-Two, the gathered heroes capture Per Degaton and Owlman beneath what will become the Pentagon. On Earth-Prime, the heroes stop Per Degaton and the Crime Syndicate from steeling the nukes, causing a paradox which undoes the events of the last few days. The JSA emerge from the Transmatter Cube aboard the Justice League Satellite and the two teams celebrate, despite being unaware of their own victory. |
