To mark the launch of their villain-centric event FOREVER EVIL, DC Comics put their ongoing New 52 titles on hold for a month and ran 52 one-shots starring their biggest bad guys. To encourage readers to pick these issues up, they were numbered as decimal versions of the ongoing titles with each villains’ name adorning the cover.
