Wonder Woman’s recent attempt to solve problems in the Middle East with her own, distinctive, more peaceful approach should have ended well. Instead, it looked like the world of man would forever be beyond saving.
Now, with her confidence in her mission faltering, Diana of Themyscira is about to face an almost-unbeatable foe in the form of Devastation, who’ll force her to opt for a familiar set of Golden Eagle Armour, first seen in the timeline known as Kingdom Come! Is this the first step toward that possible future? Or something far worse…
This one was promised in our BRING ON THE BAD GUYS: WONDER WOMAN episode!

The angel Zauriel takes Wonder Woman to Olympus where the gods are now stone and Cronus rules! Cronos casts Wonder Woman to Earth to hunt her. |
| Wonder Woman #148 Cronus intends wiping out more pantheons until he can harness the Godwave that gave birth to gods (as shown in GENESIS, 1997). He starts with the Hindu gods.
